Since our incorporation last year, we have renewed our website.

While we will continue to focus on supporting the employment of people with disabilities, our goal is to support the creation of organizations where every employee, and not just the disabled, can play an active role.

Some people working in companies have disabilities but do not disclose them, while others have no disability but still experience difficulties. Because the number of people suffering from mental disorders continues to increase, I have come to feel that the boundary between disabled and non-disabled is not so clear. I don’t think we should draw a line when it comes to supporting people with difficulties.

Regardless of whether they have a disability or not, people in need within a company can work more easily, and maximize their own abilities. Embrace would like to help create such an organization.
