Our Vision
We contribute to the creation of organizations in which all people,
regardless of disabilities, can thrive.
Our Mission
Our mission is to contribute to the realization of a diverse society where the term
“employment of people with disabilities” has become obsolete.
Introduction
"Aiming for organizations where people with disabilities do not get sick, do not quit, and where everyone can play an active role."
"Aiming for organizations where people with disabilities do not get sick, do not quit, and where everyone can play an active role."
In the field of employment of people with disabilities, it seems that companies often talk about hiring people with disabilities from the perspective of obligation.
In addition to disabilities, in a company there are people with various difficulties such as suffering from mental disorders and carrying responsibilities for children or elderly parents. They may not be able to tell their supervisors that they need to be taken into consideration. It may lead to mental or physical disorders resulting in a leave of absence or resignation. For companies, this is a serious problem concerning loss of human resources and risk management. Such losses involve normal turnover, but in extreme cases may include suicide, which can jeopardize a company’s reputation.
In a workplace where diverse employees listen to and help each other, each team member can play an active role to the best of his or her ability. When differences are respected and leveraged, new ideas are generated and organizational productivity improves. Just as business opportunities expand when the needs of diverse customers are met, the talent pool drawn to a company grows when it is an attractive place to work.
In this way, employment of people with disabilities can be seen not only as an obligation or a social contribution but also as an important step toward corporate growth.
To realize these goals, it is necessary to provide an environment where employees' voices are heard. It will also be important to improve the human skills and morale of supervisors who manage diverse subordinates. Supervisors are eager to take on such challenges, but can come to experience them as burdens. Embrace will help you create a diverse organization with the goal of "no sickness, no quitting, and an active role for everyone.”
